Small But Stubborn Lice Issue

We have 4 Wyandotte hens (2-3 year old) we got on May 18. All 4 hens laid an egg the first day, and until July 20, no eggs at all. Since the 20th, we've been getting one egg almost daily from one hen, the others still not laying and those 3 have rather pale combs. It's a brand new coop and 2 runs, one with sand, the other is dirt. I was told I just need to give them time to adjust, since they were free range on a farm previously, and now they have 8x12 feet to run in. They get garden produce and Grubblies scratch n peck feed. Poops look normal. All are eating and drinking fine. They are pretty wild and have never been handled, but are finally getting used to me and come running for their feed. The one bird that is laying no longer has a pale comb, but looks good. Besides molting, how long should I wait before being concerned? No seriously, I am ALREADY concerned.
