South Carolina

Casey, do you ever make it to the port royal farmers market? There's a nice younger couple there who have a few birds and they run a breakfast sandwich booth with the eggs from their flock. I've always wanted to reach out to them regarding buying birds from them. They always have an assortment of egg colors for sale so they must have quite a few breeds.

2/22
Then we're setting again 3/5 for an Easter hatch. Should have a new rooster (lavender Orpington)
We've got one lav. hen orp, one blue ameraucana hen, we're gonna put in with him and our comets. Eggs will be easy to tell apart for hatching

Very nice. Did you make your own incubator or purchase one?

I live right around the corner from you, what type of birds do you have

If you were asking me, none. I don't have a single bird. Lol. In process of building a coop now.

I hatch in 2 little giants
Styro, had pretty good luck as long as I don't put more than 30 in them.
I'm my experience from shipped to found, to collected to hatch we're at all time 85% hatch rate.
