Special Treats!!

[COLOR=3333FF]Hey everyone!! I was wondering if there are any Special (healthy) Treats that I can give to hens? I know that some hens like watermelon...they also like wax worms...my hens go crazy for them , but i was hoping for snacks that are cheep, healthy, and easy to find around the house. Please reply and give some good ideas for treats [/COLOR]

I give my girls squash, the seeds are a natural dewormer too. I also give them grapes, blueberries, cumbers a favorite, and omg give them some Greek Yogurt " they love it " . I put the yogurt on a paper plate and they were covered in it. Now I mix it with their crumble. Not as fun to watch, but they love it.

Sultanas or raisins. They come running for them and I can hand feed them one by one - if I'm quick. If I become too slow, the squabbling breaks out!

Any plain yogurt. No sugar or chemicals or artificial flavored.

This is a suet cage of fruit and veggies I give as a special treat.
