Splash/ Blue Silkie Thread

Can anyone tell me if this is considered a splash silkie? It's mostly white with a little bit of black on it.

I have eggs available sometimes, but right now none are laying. Let me know if you need eggs in a couple of months...... My silkies are blue and splash no black anymore.
