Sportsman Series Chicken Plucker

Just purchased a used Sportsman Series Chicken Plucker but it does not have a manual with it. Does anyone know who manufacture it? Or where I can get a manual and/or parts list?

Looks like the same exact model as my yardbird plucker. Just wanted to share in case that could help you in the future if you need parts or other information. I like mine so far. Only used a it couple of times on cull birds not fit to sell but fit enough to eat. The bolt that secures the bottom plate is LEFT HANDED threads. Dont miss that detail when assembling.

Just ordered it today. Did not see that it was missing until this weekend. Glad they had it. Left hand thread is hard to find in metric.
