Sprouting Lentils

On my first try with sprouting lentils for my chickens. What do you all think? Are they ready? Who else does this and how much do you feed?

We just started this too. What size jar are you using and how many lentils. We are using half gallon mason jars and1/4 cup lentils. (Saw a video recommending this...) Rinsingand draining once a day. We replaced the metal circle part of the lid with mesh to make the rinsing easier
