Thanks for sharing these, I love unusual jams. It would've never occurred to me to try using watermelon or carrot cake as inspiration.

Thanks! My daughter loves watermelon and my husband loves carrot cake so when I came across the ideas I had to try it. Also made some good watermelon lemonade with the extra juice. We went to a local farm today and picked raspberries. They had golden ones a row over so we grabbed some. Trying to find a cool recipe for them.
