Subscription alert doesn't work. Why?

Subscription alert doesn't work. Since April 2012 i haven't got an update information. Email and settings are up to date. So why it doesn't work??

It looks like your email address reported to your web email provider that incoming emails are spam and therefore they aren't being delivered. You'll need to contact your email provider and ask them to whitelist emails from us.

I played around with the settings ... and this time I got an alert.
So it seems to work again. Sorry, to bother You with that.
