suddenn quail death Please Help :(

Hello, I have just gone out to go and feed my quail 1 cock and 4 hens to find one of them dead a few days before she stopped laying and had what looked like other quail poo smudged all over her like diarrea quail poo and she was not looking that good she kept on trying to lay but couldent and her eye's went all watery and i just cant figure out what went wrong ? Please help ;(

This is really sad it sounds like she somehow knew it was gonna happen, unfortunately I can't help you but I'm sorry for your loss

Could it be a stuck egg? From your description it sounds like it. In that case, you would be able to feel the egg in the quail's vent.

A remedy would be to apply petrolium jelly and massage it over warm water.
