Surprise box Dream Team

I ordered Meyer pullet chicks, and some FPB just to fill the order. The pullets I ordered about 4 that I wanted, and some white egg layer assortment, and rare assortment. and of course the meal maker will be a surprise, and the FPB will also be rooster surprise. I am big on surprise. Then people on BYC were talking about Cackle surprise box, so I decided to order a mini too. I want to raise them separate, so I can see what I think of both groups. I have not ordered from Cackle yet, but I look forward to compare.

I got "Assorted Brown Layers" along with my Blue Australorps from Welp last fall and ended up with, among other things, 2 Mottled Javas -- which I had wanted but didn't order because of Welp's breed minimums.

I get crazy every time I look at chicken breeds, and start mooning after whatever I am looking at. But I have to say I think those gold and silver laced Wyandottes are just beautiful. I wish I could keep a rooster because they are often so handsome.

Naked neck or easter egger for the color varieties.... And if the surprise is a rooster naked neck, if he's nice, you could start a line of naked necks...

Australorp's and Wyandotte's and another Ameraucana or 2 (or 3) and must admit I am Leghorn curious. Though, all and all I am pretty happy with my current (heavily Brahma + BR & Ameraucana) girls forsure.

I like Wyandottes. I'm sure they have other breeds that would be cool as well. Like true Ameracaunas.
