Good news is you have plenty of time to change your mind a bunch between now and then. My breed focus has changed so many times as I learn what I like and dislike.I wish I could try both! Sadly I can only get one. Definitely leaning towards the SFHs though.

I've heard both SFH and Cemani are had to hatch in an incubator, we have some silkies and I'm hoping they will hatch some out for us if the incubator doesn't work.

I think I might try to get both here in Ca.... though I don't truly have intentions of hatching & selling/shipping. Is it profitable for you (barring the cost of initial stock & housing)?
