Well one of my girls has a sore swollen foot. Kinda looks to me she may have hooked her back toe nail. Question is what is my best plan of attack to help her. No bird vet close. Thanks ahead on time for all the help.

Hello there!! :frow
I have no idea what to do for that, but, if possible, could you get her still and content long enough to soak her foot in ice water? :idunno Or maybe put a bandage on it to alleviate some of the pain while it's swollen? Sorry if I'm not any help; but I hope it goes back down soon and she's comfortable again! :hugs
I'll call in a few people who will hopefully have more knowledge on something like this: @TwoCrows, @penny1960, @lazy gardener.
:)

Her whole body.

I am ok on doing the bumble surgery if that is what it is. She had a nice warm Epsom salt soak. Looking for confirmation on bumble. The large knot in center of pad is hard and about size of peanut. Thanks.

do you have a box cutter? or are you good with a very sharp knife
from what you have showed and speculate yes it is bumble do you have neosporin?

the nail is also loose ? might be two problems separate from one another

best wrap a towel around the hen loosely so she can breathe
do you have anyone that can help you

from a 2nd look at the toes, the talons appear longer than they shuold be. Do they get out to scratch in dirt? Overgrown claws can cause foot problems. Those can be filed or trimmed shorter if not worn down naturally.
If the knot is infected it needs to drain but don't squeeze it. You may also need a systemic antibiotic and frequent bandage & redressing to eliminate infection while it heals.
