I just got an air circulated incubator. Don't I need to operate it at a slightly lower temp than a still air ? I have been keeping my still air at 101 to 102.

Thanks ! I'm putting my precious salmon favorerolle eggs in. They're precious because the hen is getting old and doesn't lay many eggs. I just love this hen and really want some babies from her. I got this incubator and a fan for the other one. I just had 100% hatch on some button quail out of the still air, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to convert to forced air.
