Tetracycline dosage for turkeys

I am looking to dose some turkeys with tetracycline. I can’t find the powder but I have duramycin Injectable. which also says oxytetracycline. What is the difference or is there any. The dosage I was told was a tablespoon per 5 gallons of powder so I’m trying to figure out if this stuff is the same or not. If so does anyone have a dosage recommendation?
