The American Cemani Breeders Club...open forum

Black tongues in US/European cemani are next to none..at least as of current. If anyone says they have one or some with said color, prove it with a live video....im not talking about the underside of the tongue either..the top(whole thing has to be) Then you're to be believed ;)

Anyway, pink, off white to oyster color tongues of various shades/tones are more common.

Chicks are born either with a said shade of color tongue and don't usually changed much if any. Mouth color on the other hand, can range from normal pink to black, however, the darker the better. Some light colored mouths may darken some what with age in some cases, but doesn't happened often.

Im not sure as i dont sell chicks. Others selling chicks can give a better idea on how much to charge for chicks. Sorry, couldn't help there.

So happy to read the gray-ish tones of the mouth isn't a huge disqualifier!
