The Hick Co. sheriff's department was quick to point out that it's not all fun and games in their facility and that some of the inmates are given work detail. In the photo above, Roy A. The driver of the car is being sought, having fled the scene. He is described as white, with a feathery complexion and wearing some sort of large red hat or headdress.
