The Exercise & Motivation Thread - 2024

I'll join it!
I've got to get fit for a job, so am trying to following a pretty strict routine. Yesterday should have been my 'full' session, but I was feeling rather under the weather from some bug I caught, so didn't end up doing it. So I'll be doing that this evening.
It is a deck of cards work out;
Push ups, Hearts
Plank Diamonds, reps card x3s
Inch worm, Clubs, reps half card.
Body weight squat, Spades
Burpee Joker, reps 30

None of these numbers is actual exercise. This is my normal day activity.
Today I start adding in real "extra" exercise.
