Great just give me a call when you do and I will let him know Thank you so much Donna!I am sure I do, but it would be next week before I could let you know what.
I didn't think his legs looked fat. Bigger maybe? But roosters have bigger legs than hens. Maybe he's just big?Donna and Becky can you ladies look at the Blue French Copper Marans pic that I posted in this group (I think yesterday) and see if you have any guesses?
X2I have no idea why his legs would be "fat" but all roosters are going to have larger-thicker legs.

I may be able to help. My birds are CRESTED for sure. These 2 batches coming should have crests too. I have a crested roo but he only has one copy of the blue egg geneI have a pullet laying cream eggs too... she needs to go and he will as soon as I have a back up again. I hatched 1 little roo. Hopefully I will have more fertile eggs in a few weeks and can start hatching. FINALLY. Mine are from CJWaldon's birds and she has been working on them for a few years and never had cream eggs so I hope her birds are GOOD to GO! She is sending me eggs and so is Papa Brooder.
