I like that... I am heading towards it one item at a time. Hardest will be giving up artificial sweeteners.

Not for me! I never touch that stuff. My big sugar hit is the near daily Dr. Pepper.

I don’t know how it happened, but I just knocked a bowl full of at least 18eggs out of the fridge and they smashed all over the floor. What a huge loss! I want to cry.

You need some of Shad's house chickens! So did I last night, was putting the remainder of the rice and quinoa I made for DW into a container and a bunch popped out of the pan onto the floor when I started to scrape it out of the pan.

DB & SIL got another puppy yesterday LOL think this guy’s a permanent pack member!!

They are going to need a bigger house!
