Hatchery reds are not real reds.

The Mohawk reds are very nice and friendly! They also look like they are supposed to.

It was a dark Marans egg and she sent pure BBS AM's too so I'm guess maybe a blue or splash daddy

Have to say yesterday I had a very dark brown like a
marans egg.. my oe pullet finally stepped up it
is the size of a robin egg
