The peeps grow so fast! Three weeks old!

Three weeks old this weekend! Today is their first day out of the brooder as a group while I cleaned their cage. They felt it was safest to hang out with the big, furry, warm dog! Anyone else have pixs of their three week olds?

OMG, those are the cutest pictures. I wish my dogs were so accommodating. Mine outside the cage drooling, literally! My cats however are very sweet. Go figure.

What an adorable sight! We have three golden retrievers and as gentle as they are.....our chicks are a biscuit to them!

Lyla loves her peeps. Outdoors she wants to chase anything that moves. (Except her eight grown up peeps from last year....!)

Everytime I look in the cage it seems all my peeps have changed colors again!

they are gorgeous! (dog included) I have RSL chicks that are just under 2 weeks, and im very curious as to what they'll look like at 3 weeks. Their wings and tails grew overnight! I can see some dark red pin feathers coming in around their necks, so exciting!

My dog killed one of our chicks.

But my cats are really sweet with them. Here's Casper with a 3-week-old Barred Rock. After I put the camera away, Casper flopped down and the chick snuggled into his fur.

This age is hilarious. Some of my three week olds are so gawky and awkward looking right now.
