I found out that my Norwegian Jaerhon layed the egg, so still waiting on my TetraTint to start laying!! It should be any day now by the way she is acting.

My birds started laying after 16 weeks. I have 5 tetra hens, some lay white eggs and some lay brown. I know they're from the tetra tints because my bulldogs don't lay eggs.

Me, too! We found our first egg yesterday. The chicks (oops, better start saying hens...) are 16.5 weeks old.

My TetraTint Tetra layed her first egg today

And it is a really beautiful egg! I just had a really hard time getting to it, she decided that under the coop was the best place to lay it

It is a pretty brown egg with white speckles all over

got an egg then nothing for a day. Yesterday got a very small white egg and one shell less one and the same today. I have started giving the oyster shell on the side but They have been eating flock raiser crumbles need to go get a bag of layer feed.
