Here are 4 of mt tetra tints 2 at 17 and 2 at 14 weeks old. No eggs yet, but hoping for one any day. I sold the roos.

I got my first egg the other day from one of my tetras and it was huge and white.

Normal, no. Sometimes it takes a little while for the young pullet to "get it right". But, I have had wyandotte hens who always gave me double yolkers. I couldn't incubate them but they made for great eggs for my egg customers. They think they're getting freebies!
 
I have 4 tt two of them are laying white eggs and the other two lay beige/ light brown colored egg.
