I don't have wyandottes but what are their personality's? Are they meat birds? Are they great pets?

I love wyandottes, they're beautiful and I heard they lay a good amount of eggs per week.

I would say a Black Laced Red wyandotte...but could be used for a GLW

White laced red? They are pretty rare.. I do not know any breeders for them.

At the moment we are working to recover the numbers of my White Laced Red Bantams. They were once fairly common but have become almost extinct at this time. I have raised them since 1997 and have gotten down to a low of just a couple of birds in the past few years. But had a little success with them last year and will be working to hatch as many as we can this year.
They are a gorgeous variety and hopefully we will be able to let some go to others in the future.

Do you mean silver laced, by chance?

Or if it is a white lacing on a red then the proper name is Splash Laced Red. It isn't really a white but an extremely pale blue caused by a double blue gene.

There is a variety of White laced red. And buff laced wyandottes. Both do not carry blue.
