Things you wish you could say

I can think of one particular one where the member has "signed" every single one of the more than 5,000 posts they have made on BYC.

Yup. By company policy, I have to sign emails with my name, title, and contact info. Fortunately, outlook makes this simple. One quick fill-in of a text box, a couple of check marks, voila! automatic signature on all outgoing correspondence.
Same here. I would feel weird not signing emails. And our email address is our firstname.lastname and I'm one of three Rebeccas at the school so I like to add my last name and dept so they know which Rebecca they are communicating with

Company policy here for a signature block.

But I always sign all my emails with my initials. Unless it’s one of our customers, then it’s the full on sincerely,
