The only thing approved for poultry is Wazine so you aren't going to find anything else labeled for poultry. Just use the safeguard for goats.
Ah I see. I would be worried about giving her too much or not enough... Since the dosage on the bottle would be made for goats
 
There are at least a hundred threads on it, I'm sure. Dosage is also on the website I linked. I believe dosage is the same since it's weight based, but use the search function to be sure.
 
For threadworms (capillary worms) one can use fenbendazole (Safeguard Liquid Goat Wormer or Equine paste) 0.25 ml per pound given orally for 5 consecutive days. Another good med is Valbazen 0.50 to 0.75ml once given orally, and then repeat that dose in 10 days.
