Tiny chicken eggs first week of laying from 4 month old hen

One of my chickens just started laying maybe a week or two ago and all she’s laying is these tiny eggs. Any one have any advice on how to get my chickens to lay bigger eggs?

What breed is she?
They will lay bigger eggs as they get bigger/older although bantams lay small eggs

New layers lay small, often wierd eggs.
The egg will get bigger as their systems mature, there's nothing you can do to make them bigger and you wouldn't want to.

Smokey pearls arent bantams i dont think. So her eggs may get bigger over time

She isnt a bantam by picture look so i think her eggs will get bigger.

Those eggs aren't that small at all. They will likely get larger as the pullet continues growing and her body adjusts to laying.

It can take days....or weeks....or months for eggs to get up to the 'normal' size for any particular bird.

That's what I was thinking! I have a nearly 1 year old pullet that is still laying eggs smaller than those (coincidentally, she's also one of the largest chickens of the flock ). I call it "Big Wheezy's little egg".
