Tiny chicken eggs first week of laying from 4 month old hen

That's what I was thinking! I have a nearly 1 year old pullet that is still laying eggs smaller than those (coincidentally, she's also one of the largest chickens of the flock 😅). I call it "Big Wheezy's little egg".
Yup, some birds never quite get to the average egg size that the breed is known for. My SF has laid pullet sized eggs for 3 years, but they are rather useful at times. Halving a recipe and trying to figure out what counts as "half" an egg? Just pop in one of hers!
