One of DH's friends called. He always upsets me. I have tried not answering, but men around the age of 70-75 seem to get meaner when I stop responding to their barbs. I am being an adult, and saying I have had enough. They get meaner. Good grief, what is about me that makes males hurt me?

Duckling will be making breakfast pretty much on her own today. I'd forgotten about omelette muffins.
A dozen eggs
Cheese and whatever else you want

Spray muffin pan. Beat the eggs. Add cheese and other filling to the cups. Pour in the eggs. Leave 1/4" space for the eggs to expand.
Bake @ 350* for 20-25 mins.

If you get shells in the bowl, just scramble the eggs, and pour through a strainer.

I find it hard to bake with my kids. It's probably a control thing. I let them do some stuff, but I do most of it so I don't forget where I'm at, I guess.
