I'm seeing two kinds of track here - coyote and racoon. It is possible that two animals were involved in this murder. Sometimes I see raccoon and coyote tracks together and raccoons will follow coyotes to find food and clean up a kill. Sometimes coyotes will not eat the food but leave there and come back. I would take the bodies away so he thinks he was caught. I would also get a trapping license and set some snares with its hard but the dead chickens near them so he comes back for them and gets a surprise. The raccoon probably chewed on the neck and head, but the coyote probably did the killing.
