"No," Putia gasped, glancing at Marco. "We can't let her kill it."

Putia began to chase after Moonless.

Putia began to chase after Moonless.

Marco followed, but Moonless's fur blended with the snow and made it almost impossibly to see her.

Putia raced through the snow, looking for the bear.

Moonless crouched down in the snow and waited. The bear was no where to be seen. It didnt matter though, she wasn't after the bear.

Marco mimicked Putia's actions, slowing down and looking around. "I can't see him or Moonless..."

Putia glanced at Marco. "Be careful," she whispered.

He nodded.

Moonless jumped, knocking Marco to the ground. Marco growled and fought back.

Putia tackled Moonless, driving her off of Marco.
