I got this Bantam out of the Assorted Bantam box at tractor Supply. I was hoping for a Mille Fleur d’Uccle but it didn’t quite match. Light colored skin on its legs (which are feathered) and beak. I don’t think it’s a silky. Maybe a cochin bantam? Also how how old do you think it is? I’m pretty sure it’s much too young to tell the gender.
The darker one should be an Ameracauna but it was the last one and they thought they were sold out so they weren’t 100% sure. It looks like one to me, but does anyone think otherwise?
Thanks!

Are they both bantams? The first is a Cochin. Probably partridge in color. The second one looks like a barnevelder, but not if it's a bantam.

The first one is probably a cochin bantam. They are really great. You'll love yours.
The second one I'm not sure on breed. It's definitely not an Americauna. Americaunas are pretty rare, and you won't find them at a feed store. The ones you get there are actually Easter Eggers. They just label them as Americaunas.
I don't think your chick is an Easter Egger though. I don't know what it is. It's very cute though!

It wasn't in the bantam box and it's definitely bigger than the bantam. I don't think it's a barnevelder just because they didn't have any of those. The employee said that it looked like the other Americaunas (or Easter Eggers) they had but it was a little different. It sounds like it was the only one that looked like it does but resembled the Americaunas/EEs. It was in a box with Cinnamon queens but it doesn't look like one of those.
I think that the bantam is a Partridge Cochin bantam after looking at pictures. I'm hoping I got a hen but I'll find out at some point. It was the only one that had feathered legs and didn't look like a silky to me (didn't look like a Mille Fleur either but I was too far into deciding I wanted a bantam by then). I'll find some Mille Fleurs d'Uccle at some point lol.

I wonder what it is! It resembles our Americauna (who I'm 99% sure is not an EE but a true Americauna) when she was a chick. Or maybe it's just a very dark EE. I'm not sure but I'll keep looking. Thanks!

It does look like a barnevelder. I see a single comb, and yellow legs? Tractor supply often doesn't know what they have, so the mix things up.
