Treats for Chicks?

Eggs. You know... I had thought about the mashed boiled eggs, but cannot imagine how scrambled would be any worse.

What about chicks and yoghurt? That last batch I brought home were about 6 weeks old and they pretty much lived for yoghurt. I could have trained them to fetch they liked it so well. My current babies are MUCH younger (black and blue orps)maybe 2 weeks.
I've never had such young chicks.
I'm on this list every few hours just to make sure I'm not inadvertently killing the sweet fluffy nuggets. Storey's is a little lean on details like: Snacks or how/when to make chick mash.

Mine are insane for yogurt! I have a few chicks that don't want to be near me but will climb all over me to get to the yogurt.
The first yogurt given was a serious MESS! They had it everywhere. I had to wipe them down after. Live mealworms are a definite favorite too.

My chicks love ants that wander in.. just an occasion one.. and I started the chick grit at 4 days old.
