Tumor

My friend sent me a picture of her chicken what is that on the side of the face.

It does look like a tumor. I'm not sure though, you may want to ask your friend to take her to a vet.

That is a bad ear infection. I would start him on antibiotics like Clavamox or amoxicillin right away, but you may need to try digging out some of the solid pus first. Thank you so much. I went over there today and we were able to clean the ear out. It was pretty gross but we got it all cleared out and she's on antibiotics seperated from the other hens.
