Turkey housing

Many said I was crazy for using a greenhouse as a coop for my Turkeys but last night we tripped the breaker on their heat lamps in 30 degree weather. Panicked I ran out there in ny pjs this morning to fund their house was still at a very tolerable temperature. I have to air it out to keep the humidity down but what a blessing in these cold temps to know their house will retain the heat.

Just to ease your mind I live in Pa and it gets plenty cold here and I have never heated my Turkey chicken or pheasant pens and everyone is happy and healthy
