um, egglaying at 13 weeks?

One of my 13 week old pullets( a lot heavier than the rest) started displaying signs of egglaying?? I think, at least. She walks really weirdly but she's completely healthy, and her comb/wattles are pretty red. She's also tried to sit down in dirt piles and the nesting box multiple times. She digs and finds bits of grass to put around her as if she's preparing a nest. She sits like a hen.
This behavior started yesterday, and she's only 13 weeks! (I'm sure of her age because we raised her since she was a day old) The other 13-week old girls seem interested and keep on disturbing her. Is it possible that she's trying to lay an egg?
I just found a tiny egg this morning. I have 5 older girls and added some layers this spring, one is a serama and she's 15 weeks old the other girls are 13 weeks. I've never had a serama before but its a little blueish egg so I am thinking it's my Serama Mama? If anyone else has any thoughts about it, please share. I am so surprised

It's called a fart egg. Usually it's just some egg white. No yolk. I've gotten a few.
