URGENT! Just hatched, not sure if normal

So, this chick was pipping through the membrane with vessels and began bleeding. On top of that, it was shrink wrapped. I went with my gut and assisted throughout the day, keeping the membrane moist. It just broke from the shell, but bled and has what I hope is the umbilical attached from the vent. I am new, this is my second hatch and NY first one did not have this issue. Help!

This has happened to me before when I assisted too early. Leaving the blood vessels intact and allowing the blood to dry up normally is best and my babies made out fine. Looks like it's drying up on it's own, and it's normal to sometimes have the cord hang out for a bit. Just keep the others from pecking at it.
