Vent gleet, worms, parasites?

These chickens are just a wreck. Anyone have any ideas? The grey one was in a hospital coop until she laid an egg and it got too cold. I was trying to see if she was egg bound. The swollen areas are soft. Someone said water belly. But why does the orange one have the swelling in the front and so much poop mess? Also they are all loosing feathers randomly around their butts and necks.

Mine look exactly the same! Started with their vents, then backs and chests. I’m in Colorado and it’s starting to get warmer, so I think it’s a mix of molting (and some bullying) with my flock. Have a couple of mine separated because of bleeding.
