Making a wet mash out of feed helps digestion, a lot of chicks struggle to poop at first.
So this vent issue does not look infected or have possible disease. Just constipated

Give your chick some wet feed and coconut oil as suggested.

When you clean the vent, be very gentle. After you've cleaned her, dry well (use a hair dryer if needed) then apply an anti-inflammatory cream or a dab of coconut oil on the vent.
It is swollen slightly but the ointment/oil can help with inflammation.

How are you brooding her? What's the temperature in the brooder on the cool and warm side?
Photos of your brooder setup would be good.
Thanks!

What is the temperature in your brooder?

It looks a bit tight in there and they may be getting too hot.
If possible, give them more room, they grow very quickly and will want space to run around and play.

If you don't have a larger space, raise your lamp up so it's not quite as warm - your chicks are all on the opposite side as far away from the heat as they can get. They only need one warm spot and let the rest of the brooder be cooler.
Being too hot can lead to constipation and pasty butt.
