Not everyone wants to have a coop on a public tour, but they may still enjoy poultry and being around “chicken people.”
If this is you, and you are a dependable friendly individual, consider volunteering for the largest most famous coop tour in the nation, the 5th annual Austin Funky Coop Tour on March 30, 2013.

This year there will also be a bicycle Tour de Funky Chickens, so volunteers are also needed to:

- Activities at the Information Center on tour day
- Photography
- Flyer distribution
- Tour material distribution and collection

- Help the riders on tour day at rest stops
- Promote cycling at the Information Center
- Provide mechanical assistance for cyclists at the Information Center and rest stops.
