Oh man yeah it is impossible to forget.
I am scarred from the times I've heard it. So much so that my hearing is a lot more acute and I freeze at every noise now.

Yeah, my hens make unmistakable sounds when they're being chased. It sends me out the door in an instant. The first time I ever heard a hen's cry for help, not knowing what it was, got me running outside to find a coyote staring through the fence.
