Someone posted this picture cause they were looking for langshans and it has a striking resemblance to that splash roo I got in December and not im Wondering if maybe it's langshan ameruacana mixes instead of copper Marans cause the eggs aren't olive like they'd be if they'd been crossed to Marans and the one laying brown eggs, hers aren't super dark. Just thoughts for food I guess.

Right?!! They do have a similar build and he is HUGE! he is darn tall, close to two feet or better I think. I actually think he's bigger than my Marans rooster.

Good Evening, Pond!

No school today, so I got my closet project done. I’m hoping it dries evenly because I’m almost out of the paint. It will be fun for the kids.
No school tomorrow either, due to “continuing difficult travel conditions”. I’ve gotta say - I didn’t feel very bad when I got the call.

We ended up with about a foot of wet, heavy snow. I’m thankful DH can use the skid loader to move it.
