Considering both the AC and the heat weren't working anymore, it didn't matter what time of year it is!

Especially where you are, where it can flip from summer or winter weather in a day!

Dang! Has it been out THAT LONG? 

Yes... AC went out in fall of '15... it was supposedly fine in spring after... nope, was never fixed... and heat took a poop then too... fan worked and that was all we had since... luckily the emergency heat worked for the super cold spells we had, otherwise we bundled and dealt... :/
