I just have to share this.

I have a rat terrier and she is the same height as my cats. Well, Saturday evening I was taking her for a walk. We encountered the outside cat.

About this time the cat yawned. My dog stuck her nose in the cat's mouth....I guess my Smores likes to live dangerously at times.

So anyone wanna share hacks to keep chickens cool during the summer? My hens really enjoy the nice heat- to a limit!

1.) Freeze strawberries
2.) Freeze watermelon
3.) freeze a gallon water jug and put it in their run and they will rub against it to stay cool
4.) water mister/fan
5.) extra loose sand area so they can dust bathe and cool off

German Shepherd?

My oldest dog is half German Shepherd and half Black Lab. She loves to swim.

I will have to get a picture of her.
