this is the fourth or fifth time that I have ordered chicks from Welp. I have never lost one single baby. All of them are always healthy and strong and arrive alive. I just received my order for this year. This is the earliest in the year that I have ever placed an order. We are in Colorado and Welp is in Iowa - it has been cold. But they all made it and are healthy and strong. And I have never encountered an unfriendly voice when calling customer service. And they ship and arrive when they say they will. I just wish they had Ancona ducks. I would never order from anyone else. Very pleased indeed
