Others have tried to start a thread the segregated the state, but it's hard to find the thread unless someone directly points them to it. There are a LOT of folks in Western NY (of course that depends on your definition of "western") If you are looking for someone near you, post your town in your profile so it shows every time you post a reponse.

And patience helps. Not everyone checks the forum every day, so it could take a week or two for someone to let you know they live the next town over.
