What am I?

I went to pick up a 10 week old rooster and the woman gave me this other one. Sorry for the crappy pics better to come tomorrow if need be. Does it look like a rooster? how about breed. The little one, a rooster, is a bantam. She has mixed birds but doesnt keep roosters. The feathers look like to roos so I assume it is also a bantam. Would i be right?

Do you know how old? From what I am seeing she looks a lot like my little BSL bantams, and their combs are exactly like those. Mine are 7 weeks and My rooster thats the same size and age is way more pronounced. So just in comparison to mine, yours is a hen
