Bought some sourdough bread starter from Ebay a few weeks ago. It taste really good. I've been baking 2 loaves of bread on Wednesday and Sunday. Give some to my parents and sister. I've also used the starter to make a great pizza crust and cinnamon rolls.

I started making my own bread because my daughter has a allergy to soy. Its in everything.

We just take a bunch of kale clean it and tear into small pieces.....salt and pepper and bake at like 200 till crispy. You can put garlic chopped real fine, soy sauce, or seasoning salt too. I am sure there are other things that can be done too but these are really good and my ducks love fresh kale and it is cheap.
