I found out she's half Dominique half barredrock,

Did the person you got her from tell you she was 1/2 Dom and 1/2 BR? Rose comb is dominant so she'd probably not have such a decent single if she was 1/2 Dom, I'd think.

However, for those who are going on barring pattern to determine what breed, you just can't really do that with hatchery stock. Hatchery Barred Rocks can have some of the worst barring you can imagine so you just can't use the regularity, or lack of it, to say Dom or BR or Cuckoo Marans. You have to go by other features.
