The dark brown hen is my welsummer we ordered a double laced barnevelder but got her instead but I love her still

She's not a Welsummer as Welsummers have yellow legs (as in Miss Dotties' pics).

Which hen are you asking about? The black bird looks like a Black Australorp, the middle brown bird could be a Welsummer, and the bird on the right looks like an Easter Egger.

I have one a that looks like a TWIN to her!
She loays cream/tan eggs...but I have been wondering her breed!

Yours is brighter colored...maybe the lighting

I would love to here what people think our hens are mixed with!

They HAVE TO be the same breed .....they've gotta be the breed that makes them that color.
